Corrosion/Abrasion Resistant Plastic Materials and Coatings

Corrosion resistant plastic materials, fabrications, and coatings are used extensively in many industries. They are effective in corrosive environments including acidic and basic atmospheres, chemical solutions at elevated temperatures, and solutions containing particulates. In addition, they have high abrasion and impact ratings. These plastics are successfully employed in the harshest chemical processing, plating, waste treatment, and metal finishing applications.

Surface Preparation for Coating

Most surfaces need to be thoroughly cleaned before the desired type of coating can be applied. This will remove any previously applied materials and/or coatings or any foreign substance that may affect the application. We achieve this through sandblasting and/or degreasing.

 

Wet and Powder Coating Applications

We provide our customers expertise in both wet and powder coating job shop applications. We use the most environmentally friendly materials and are experienced in industrial and military paint specifications.
